Group Competition 2025

Each year the Group chooses a competition subject, with the choice usually made at the AGM. The entries were judged by public vote at the Eccleshall Community Showcase in June and the Eccleshall Open Gardens weekend.

The 2025 subject was "A Bookmark" - no size or shape restriction was enforced, though most members aimed to keep their bookmark below 12 square inches so the item would be eligible for the Marquetry Society's 'miniature' classes.

These are the entries ... which one do you think won (answer at the bottom of the page)?

Displaying the bookmarks at the same size has slightly distorted some images. Click any image for a larger view at the correct aspect ratio.
