About Us
The Group was formed in 1995 and from small beginnings has grown to be one of the larger groups in the Marquetry Society. Our members number around 35, drawn from a wide area including Staffordshire, Derbyshire, North Wales and the West Midlands. Though almost all came to the group not having made marquetry before, many have achieved top awards at the Marquetry Society's National Exhibitions.
